Steph Sarro
Instructor
Steph Sarro is a STOTT PILATES™ Fully Certified Instructor. She is certified to teach on all pieces of equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels), and at all levels (Essential, Intermediate and Advanced).
Steph has been a health/fitness professional for over 25 years and has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. She has worked closely with physicians as an exercise physiologist and has designed programs for patients of all ages and levels of fitness. She is experienced with elite athletes and clients needing post-rehabilitation. She is certified in Injuries & Special Populations and has designed programs for conditions such as spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, mechanical low back pain, and hip & knee replacements. Steph is trained in cardiovascular conditioning, traditional strength training and water therapy.
Melisa Deane
Instructor
Melisa Deane started her career in fitness nearly a decade ago when she discovered spinning. Her passion now is Ashtanga Yoga and STOTT PILATES®. Melisa is trained in STOTT PILATES®, Level 1 and Level 2 mat and Reformer. She has a warm personality and her classes are fun, yet challenging. She is also a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a certified group exercise instructor with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. She has her Bachelors Degree from Boston University and her Masters Degree from Hawaii Pacific University. She's also a freelance writer (you can read one of her articles in January 2011's issue of STYLE magazine.) You can also find her fitness articles in Bare Essentials Adventure Lifestyle magazine. Melisa lives in Towson with her husband, two young daughters and her step-son.
Michelle Cagan
Instructor
Michelle teaches STOTT PILATES® mat and reformer. Pilates was a natural progression for her after a career as a professional ballet dancer. She wants her students to feel empowered, centered and challenged in classes. By focusing on aligning the body, Michelle finds that her students become more body aware. Mostly, she wants you to enjoy exercising.
