Pick the Right Class

A good fit between Class & Client is critical to the success of your Pilates Program. Here are some general guidelines to help you choose the best class for you.

One or more New Client Introductory Private Sessions are required for clients new to the Studio. Your Instructor will help you to pick the right class or classes after the initial evaluation.

If you want to get back in shape and you have no limitations in your joints, muscles or spine, start with Full Studio 1 at the Essential Level.

If you require exercise modifications for orthopedic injuries or medical conditions, start with Full Studio 1 Restorative. Private Sessions are required before starting class to learn the appropriate modifications.

If you are physically fit and want a challenging work-out, try Full Studio 2 Athletic Conditioning. Instructor approval is required if you are new to the Studio.

For a little extra cardiovascular benefit, try our Full Studio 2 Jumpboard.

Private Sessions are required for Post-rehabilitation from illness or injury.
